Business Development Director
Dr. Ahmed Galal is a Business Development Director with extensive experience in business development, retail expansion, project delivery, and operational improvement within the pharmaceutical retail and construction sectors in Saudi Arabia.
Throughout his career, he has played a key role in large-scale pharmacy expansion programs, contributing to the development, opening, remodeling, and optimization of hundreds of pharmacy locations across the Kingdom.
His expertise spans business development, retail and in-store design, project and contractor management, fit-out operations, cost optimization, CAPEX and OPEX control, and operational excellence.
In his current role, Dr. Ahmed focuses on developing new business opportunities, strengthening operational performance, improving project profitability, and building scalable processes that support sustainable organizational growth.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Cairo University and is currently pursuing an MBA at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (AASTMT).
